Q- What would you do if a student was struggling with a concept and refused to ask for help?

It is important to notice the activities of the students in class, ask questions, and give small assignments to review their understanding. In case, anything is of concern, I try to make the student understand the concept again in different manner with different approach.

Q- How do you incorporate social-emotional learning in your lessons?

Being a Vedic Maths teacher, I definitely incorporate social-emotional learning in my lessons. I show magic with numbers to students; teach them some memory techniques that help them concentrate better and learn subjects such as Geography or History. Students really enjoy the magic games and develop an interest in mathematics.

Q- How do you cope with stress?

Regular yoga, meditation, walking and stretching helps me to overcome stress. I try to play with numbers to make students learn mathematics and get breaks in between during the session.

Q- We want our students to be business leaders of the future. What does that mean to you?

It’s important for students to experience leadership opportunities during their schooling, to learn the art of building relationships within teams, defining identities, and achieving tasks effectively. It also provides an opportunity to learn to identify and display effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Q- What do you think is the most important skill for a business leader to have?

The most important skill for a business leader or effective leadership is the communication skills, the ability to handle the team, motivate the team, be a people’s person, give effective feedback, work with the team, and be able to get the team to meet all expectations and problem-solving in this ever-changing workplace.

  1. You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and extremely broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!

  2. I do not even know the way I finished up right here, however I thought this publish was good. I don’t recognise who you might be however certainly you are going to a well-known blogger should you aren’t already 😉 Cheers!
