Mr. Shiv Narayan Pandey and his son Mr. Siddhant Pandey launched their brand Duvera in 2019. The company works in the water filtration industry. Mr. Shiv has always been a quick learner who aspired to work in computers, but his financial situation prevented him from pursuing this goal. As a result, he began working as soon as he completed his Bachelor’s degree. His first employment was not what he had hoped for. The income was about ₹500 per month, but he had no choice but to accept it. Instead of crying about his predicament, he successfully learned from individuals who used to slave away in the workplace. There were days when he had to bribe the computer nerds with samosas to learn things from them. It was a difficult and time-consuming path, but today he is proud to state that he is now the Managing Director of a rapidly growing company with an annual revenue of more than ₹100 Million.
Duvera was founded by his son, Mr. Siddhant Pandey, who is also the Founder and CEO. While he was interested in business at another location, his son had the notion to build this company where they could cater to the industry completely. His idea was that no customer should have to look in many places to create a single machine. He wished to serve them as a one-stop shop, offering them everything from machine components to whole machines. After a year and a half, he joined his forces with his father as he took charge as the Managing Director in 2021.
