Pranav Sharma a 26 year old but timeless at heart is truly on the journey of discovering himself. He has many feathers in his hat and counting. He has published two books so far, the ‘Chords of heart: An Athenaeum of Emotions’ and ‘Soft as feather: an ode to existence’. Both of which have given him an outlet for his creativity. Pranav can only be described as considerate, understanding, mischievous, philosophical and an amicable being. Apart from minting words in his spare time he is also a motivational trainer and a transformational speaker. Pranav is the CEO and founder of the Counseling Shortcuts working along with a magnificent team of 5 members . At CS , Pranav and his team help Students to develop themselves and provide full guidance in every possible way. They specialize in fields of education and work together in organizing various contests as initiatives to prepare students efficiently ready for a competitive environment.

As we say Rome wasn’t built in a day , so is well stated about Pranav and his team whatever had been built up out of CS could not have been possible without the pillars that have made it possible to. Gunjan who has been looking into governance is one of the finest persons in the team , known for her perfection , execution and vision , always ready with the required information is what she is called upon for . Ashutosh and the founder himself are the mirror images to each other , alike in all aspects aka emblem of sincerity , asked for a work and consider it done is what his specialty is. The one who is always ready with the data in his mind and solutions on his fingertips . Sahil is known for his ‘perfections within imperfection’ the most easy to go with and the most versatile to rely upon not only when required to work but also when it’s a mandate to lighten the work environment he is one stop solution to all the problems . Any project that goes well has an in depth study of the facts and figures to make it whatever it will be and to make it a wonder out of a desire Anshu who works as the strategist is always full of innovations and new ideas for a better presentation from the academic expansions through the research and development to the business intelligence .

As we often say one has to take a stand to bring a change so has Pranav always pushed himself out of his lane and has done everything in his power not to become part of the ‘herd mentality’ and has always proved his qualities and will continue to. Pranav is a real life example that even if you have something out of the box, with sincere effort and confidence in yourself, you will achieve it! He is on his way running a campaign in the name of THE REAL YOU PRIZES which is just another small initiative he has begun to give a way to his dreams . It is one initiative that will not only help the learners to get the knowledge about what is happening in all spheres around the world but also help them attain a strong communicative personality which is amongst one of the most important qualities of a great learner nowadays , he believes . Through this initiative he and his team plans to provide the most he can to an active learner and has a vast view which can bring a really great change in the field of education . The initiatives by this team are not only business centered but importantly student centered . The ways he is planning to explore with the help of this initiative will definitely be a game – changing experience for most of the learners . How does he do it all? The man behind all of this. Pranav Sharma was just another lad amongst the thousands in his neighborhood . Life all throughout meandered and has brought him to be the man that he is today. He is yet to stick to a profession since he claims himself to be a ‘work in progress’. Pranav speaks highly about connecting with your spiritual self and discovering the journey that your inner ideals have set out for you.
