Tushar Nayak from Rags to Riches

Most people don’t do well with ambiguity, achievers do. Ambiguity is the enemy of audacity and innovation. It strikes fear in our hearts and doubt in our heads. Don’t be afraid to go where you’ve never gone and do what you’ve never done, because both are necessary to have what you’ve never had and be who you’ve never been.

This is a story of a typical Indian middle-class boy Tushar whose parents wanted him to be an engineer or a doctor but destiny had different plans for him. . He has two brothers both were really good in their studies since their childhood, on the other hand, Tushar was so weak in his studies that he could barely clear his 12^th Grade Exams and couldn’t pursue education further because of this.

This is a story of determination, courage, will, and hard work, all to make your life what you want it to be. At the time when his brothers were studying, his father was the only earning member of the family and their financial condition was not that good as his father was taking care of the education of all the three kids as well as feeding the family and fulfilling everyday basic needs as it was a necessity too.

Tushar had to think to support his financially weak family as what his father was earning was just not sufficient enough, so then he took a leap of faith and started searching for a job and it didn’t matter to him what the nature of the job was until it was genuine. His search finally ended up working at a parking lot where he used to get a mere 200 Rs a day through which he used to support his family’s monthly expenses to some extent as he believed that his present situation was just a temporary thing.

Tables turned in his favour and in the year 2017 he joined MI Lifestyle, a company pioneering in the healthcare product business, this was the time when things started to change for good for Tushar as he got mentors who guided him in the right direction and gave him the career growth mantra where he could leave his past aside and create a beautiful and promising future for him as well as his family like many others in the company were already doing.

In the year 2018, he grew more in stature and his lifestyle enhanced beyond his expectations through the exposure he got then he also got opportunities for touring cities across the country with his team.

In the month of November 2019, he successfully cleared the skill India exam of the Government of India and he got certified by GOV. OF SKILL INDIA as ISP (INDIVIDUAL SALES PROFESSIONAL). This added more to his personality as he was now able to train individuals on lifeskills and developing other traits which contributes in anyone’s success.

Then in 2020 when the country was hit by a severe global pandemic, a lockdown was imposed on the country, this scenario was horrifying leading to many people losing their jobs, and to everyone’s surprise, Tushar was still working hard and in due course, he was able to develop an online marketing team of over 1000+ professionals during the same time.

The year 2021 brought good surprises and glories to him where he could finally purchase a brand new car from his hard earned money this was the time he and his entire team experienced immense growth, their hard work paid off and his team under his guidance they all were able to fulfill not only their basic needs but also were able to fulfill their dreams when other businesses were struggling to barely survive.

In the Year 2022, Tushar became financially stable and he not only supports his family but also leads a life of authority and respect. He is leading from the front and is a source of inspiration to his colleagues and juniors a team of over 3500+ business partners across the country.

Almost everyone has loans and has to pay monthly EMIs to the banks, this is one such story of Tushar’s teammate who is a Government official and was struggling during the Covid pandemic times as she was asked to stay at home and without pay for almost 3 to 4 months citing pandemic reasons, she too had EMIs like every other. Her husband too was not earning but under Tushar’s guidance, she was able to earn handsome revenue with which she was not only able to pay her EMIs but also was able to fulfill her dreams.

Just like her, there are many others who suffered during the pandemic times suffering due to financial crises which they got into because of loans they took from banks during this time some even felt like suicide was the only option left for them but thanks to Tushar who helped them to grow even in the pandemic times, many of them were also able to purchase their dream cars and many more are in the queue in 2022, it’s just the beginning of their successful journeys ahead. But in the end, they too were able to start a new journey that changed their lives entirely for the good, and now all of them are well settled with many ending up purchasing their dream homes with their dream income, which Tushar played a major part of.

Tushar is now on a mission to transform the lives of 1,00,000 individuals who come from various backgrounds and parts of society and are struggling to live a life of financial freedom, authority and respect.

Youth struggling for a job or start-up need to believe in themselves, it’s the most challenging time now for people who are dependent on only one source of income, with the price hike, and inflation all over the world, everyone should have a second source of income which might help them during the time of such crisis as it has proved for many people who were jobless during the crisis like Demonetization, Global Pandemic, and Nationwide Lockdowns.
