Before coming to this sector, five years ago, their business journey started with the offline grocery delivery business. Then they shifted to the vegetable delivery business. But as the vendor who used to supply vegetables and fruits was not maintaining the quality, it started affecting their business and customers started complaining due to their dissatisfaction with the service.

During the beginning days, Shivam and his business faced a lot of problems. He didn’t have any classical knowledge of leading a business. Moreover, he didn’t have even his father’s support as this was against his interest. His father had also thrown him out of the house. His elder brother Satyam had a job and there he got a loan to support his brother’s business. Sundaram Yadav’s technical IT knowledge found the right combination to give a kickstart to the business.
