Ayesha F Muskaan grew up watching her father build his entrepreneurial journey, backed by more than 40 years of experience in business. Being close to that world taught Ayesha discipline, patience, and the value of consistent hard work.
Over the years, Ayesha supported her father’s work and learned from the environment around her. With time, she started building her own independent path, shaped by creativity and communication. In 2018, she began working in marketing while also writing and developing her skills in creative fields.
That journey later evolved into her own brand, TBG, which has been growing steadily over the past few years and is approaching its fourth year. Alongside TBG, She recently opened a new venture called Splash and Blast, which is still new and in its early stages.
Splash and Blast focuses on handmade gift items and original paintings. Ayesha's paintings are positioned as luxury pieces, created with detail, emotion, and quality, and they often sell at higher price points.
Today, her work sits at the intersection of marketing, creative writing, and art. She continues to build with dedication, staying focused on meaningful work, strong values, and long-term growth.
